Xiaomi’s HyperOS and its supported devices

Now, Xiaomi has also announced a second batch of older smartphones and tablets that will receive HyperOS in China, bringing the total number of compatible devices to 88. Xiaomi’s HyperOS, a new operating system based on AOSP and Xiaomi’s Vela IoT platform, was unveiled at MWC along with the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra. These devices, as well as the Pad 6S Pro, Watch S3 and Band 8 Pro, will be the first to run HyperOS.

Xiaomi has also revealed a second wave of older smartphones and tablets that will get HyperOS in China, making the total number of supported devices 88. The update schedule will depend on the device and the region and is planned to begin sometime in Q1, 2024. Over the time more other Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco devices will be further added to the list.
